Ray Bisio

It is with a heavy heart that I tell you Ray Bisio passed away on Monday, April 23 after a brief illness. Ray was a WWII veteran and a member of the ACWA and 20th Maine since it started in 1994. He was an honorary Sgt. Major in the Union Battalion and narrated the battle scenarios during our events for many years. Many also remember him for his lively character, amazing campfire stories, and encyclopedic knowledge of history. Please check the ACWA website for updated information in the near future. Funeral services are tentatively planned for early June.
